We are a Section-8 company registered formed for the purpose of upliftment of poor people, provide medical facility to such person who are not able to pay their medical expenditure. The company was registered on 03rd January 2023 under The Companies Act of 2013 with CIN U80902JH2023NPL019842 bearing Registration No. 019842. Before the establishment of company, we were continuously involved in providing medical services through a private clinic. We provided medical facilities to needy people by organizing free health camps during past two years. We are focussed to provide equal opportunities to the underprivileged people in the rural areas irrespective of gender, caste, creed and religion etc. We are now aiming at providing services like medical, agricultural and educational at a large extent. About Us Vision The foundation aims to provide the best healthcare facilities and work for the development of social and economic status of deprived and underprivileged people in the rural as well as urban areas of India to build respect to their dignity, justice, equity and improve the quality of life. Mission • To provide medical facilities to the deserving and needy people irrespective of their gender, caste, creed and social and economic status by organizing free health camps and establishing health clinics/hospitals at various places. • To establish nursing colleges, paramedical colleges/institutes and other educational institutions to increase manpower and train people for providing the best medical facilities. • To provide rural sources of livelihood and promote market for sale of agricultural and rural products. • To support and work for environmental protection by growing/planting trees, waste land management etc. at various places.
