To develop, publish, procure, and license software, websites, and other content in different forms of media for carrying out the primary objectives. 4. To enter into contracts with owners of Intellectual Property rights, suppliers, agents, governments and other authorities, departments or agencies, whether educational, civil or military, for and in connection with the business of the Company. 5. To enter into a partnership or any other arrangement for sharing profits, joint venture or reciprocal concession, with any person or company carrying on or engaged in, or about to carry on or engage in, any business or transaction which this company is authorized to carry on or engage in, or any business or transaction capable of being conducted so as directly or indirectly to benefits this company and to lend money, to guarantee the contracts of, or otherwise assist any such person or company, and to take or otherwise acquire shares and securities of any such company and to sell, hold, reissue, with or without guarantee, or otherwise deal with the same. 6.To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of contractors, agents, civil engineering consultants, and to do the business of consulting, Investigation, feasibility report creating, engineering design making, procurement, construction Supervision, legal services, other related services to engineering and construction. 7.To provide a range of engineering services and related technologies in the areas of embedded systems, mechanical, plant & manufacturing engineering services such as, design & consulting, prototyping, valve engineering, test and validation, engineering process services, sourcing support, maintenance, sustenance & aftermarket support, electrical and electronics hardware and software, technical publications, detail engineering and asset information management, and to act as an engineering service provider to companies in India and abroad. 8.To carry on the business of trading and marketing, export and import of consumer products including purchase, sale, buy, sponsor, convert, and market through various means including Digital-marketing, Tele-marketing, online marketing, through websites, applications or any other means, of construction and construction material, including but not limited to construction, interior and exterior designing and all other item of similar nature as mentioned above. 9.To carry on the business of Domestic and International Tele Marketing. This includes business-to-business, business-to-customer, lead generation, outbound, inbound and selling products and services over the telephone or other electronic communication means.
