Clan.School is a digital initiative and started its journey in end of 2018 with a vision to be a safeguard for school going children, honoured tutors and school as whole. “Time to let go the old system and embrace the smart way!!” Benefits for School • Helps in eliminating the paperwork or printing of newsletters, thereby enhances the financial benefits. • Helps support and sustain a harmonious relationship with parents. • Keeps track of all the buses without usage of GPS tracker which saves recurring spend. • Alerts when any bus needs emergency assistance. Benefits for Parents • Helps parents to be in touch with school activities, thereby helping them to know what is going on! • Ensures parents always receive notes. • Help them to know the upcoming school events, especially good for both working parents • Inform parents about their child’s performance, attentiveness, homework and schedule, thereby avoids frustration caused by untruthfulness. • Keeps track of the school bus and weather the child is boarded or not. Benefits for Students • Learn new unique things every day. • Plan the tasks ahead of time, thereby a step towards time management. • Self-comparison by comparing their performance. • Discuss the matters in writing, thereby improving their writing skills. Modules 1. Attendance • Teacher or Assistant can take roll call with our green flag feature, thereby very easy and time efficient to use. • Attendance percentage feature for school, class and student. • Daily/Weekly/Monthly attendance views. • Track Present and absent days with ease. • RFID and Biometric integration possible. • Parents get instant information about their ward’s attendance information on a day to day basis. 2. Homework • Simple + add and auto populated mapped fields, therefore saves time. • Date and subject wise assignments. • In text or voice to text with or without attachment option through camera/gallery. • Real time alerts in parent’s/student’s side. • Option to choose homework due date. • Alert parents for incomplete homework. • Auto scheduling at student’s side. • Absentees will keep up with the normal flow of class. 3. Examination • Simple to create examination with auto populated data which in turn saves time. • Create subject wise exams with proper schedule. • Enter Marks for student easily with 2 step locking feature. • Auto submission to class teacher. • Graphical view student's performance even for admin. • Inform the parents about the kid’s performance as soon as the evaluation is done via data, graphs and charts. • Performance percentage feature for school, class and student view. 4. My Inbox, Notice & Events • My Inbox - Text messages with auto grouping as Suggestion/ Complaint/ Feedback for everyone. • Send Notice or Event’s invitations for all or selected audience with scheduling option from Principle Desk. • Keep track of the communication. • Staff to staff or staff to parents two way with privacy control. • Records the details and helps save time also effective and effortless. 5. Discussion • Student’s interaction with teacher and classmates on specific topic. • Improvising of writing skills for students. • Auto generation of subject wise discussion groups. • Quick problem solving enthuses. • “View only” feature for parents. • No disturbance for teacher during non-working hours. 6. Transport • Assistant can Add, Edit or Manage driver, buses, routes and passengers. • Keep track of live list of passengers seated. • Track of live location with route diagram of any bus. • Can also work without GPS Device, therefore saves funds. • Allocate driver to buses, buses to routes and route to passengers real-time without any fuss. • Integration with GPS device/Mobile. • Parents knows the well-being of their ward by knowing if their kid is within bus or not. • In Emergency; SMS, notification and call triggers with latest Lat-Long. 7. Student’s Directory • Graphical and in-depth view of individual performance and attendance. • Contact their parents via call, message or e-mail on single click. • My Child caters staff’s kids details therefore no additional login is required. • Group students within class makes it easy to use. 8. Staff’s Directory • Teaching, Non-Teaching and Assistant view separately. • View all related classes, subjects, extra activities and other details on the same pane. • Admin can contact the staff by call, message or e-mail on single click. • Students or parents can only view or can send message via app but cannot call. 9. Learn New Everyday • New mathematics or subjective tricks and turns for the students everyday therefore making learning as fun. • Problem solving tricks with the quickest and smartest way possible. • Implement or discuss about the tricks on daily basis to widespread thereby share knowledge and know more within community made their confidence boost.
