Clearflat is a revolutionary real estate portal aiming to bring about a change in the traditional methods involved in the functioning of real estate markets. We provide a transparent, trustworthy and professional environment where buyers, sellers and renters are connected through the best local brokers and in-house agents. We strongly believe in the empowerment of brokers across the country and we aim to work towards the same. Coming to our basic business model, we follow what we call a “single listing policy” as opposed to a “multiple listing policy” adopted by real estate portals across India. This simply means that one property cannot be listed more than once by multiple brokers to avoid specification errors. Clearflat follows a really transparent listing policy as the seller’s details are necessary to approve the listing to avoid overpricing. After tremendous research and market analysis of the Indian Real Estate Industry, we were able to understand the root causes of multiple problems faced by all the parties involved in a real estate transaction. Striving to bring about a positive change, Clearflat has devised unique solutions to each of these problems. The nature of our business would be an amalgamation of a ‘listing and broking model’. Brokers across the country can connect with each other through our platform. Buyers have an array of verified properties to choose from and transact by taking the services of expert local brokers. Buyers are not liable to pay any brokerage for transactions in all builder projects. Unlike other portals where builders have to pay upfront charges to list their projects (irrespective of the deal happening or not), Clearflat provides completely free listing to Builders who are only liable to pay brokerage free once the deal is finalized. Clearflat provides an exclusive range of dashboards curated for different entities involved in the home buying process. Our dedicated team will ensure that everything (right from property identification to unit booking) is taking care of in the best possible cost-effective manner. Clearflat professionals assist the buyers and sellers through the entire home buying and selling process by providing all the relevant tools and information necessary to make it as hassle free as it can be.
