Nowadays people are want to include a protein-based diet in their meals that’s why so manypeople include fish in their meals, fish is a good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals. We have such type of ecology around us and our area have 4-5 rivers those rivers maintain groundwater level for a whole year thise things are making fish farming is suitable in our district . people like fresh/live fish compare to frozen/dead fish and we know fresh fish is healthier than frozen/dead fish, but at present only frozen/dead fish are available in the market, so we have started our startup to provide fresh/live fish to people. for completing our vision we tied up with Aqua-Tech based company of Pune for developing a Live Fish Transportation Container that is capable of transport live fish up to 200 - 220 km after this we have been opened our live fish shop in different cities and places for providing fresh/live fish to the people. even, we are also using biodegradable packets for packaging fish. In the future, we want to increase our number of shops, Live fish transportation containers, and fish ponds. In Balaghat district approximate 2.5 Ton frozen fish daily comes into the fish market from south region and we can fulfil 1 Ton of fresh fish in daily demand , that means we can capture 40% of fish market . CLF Aquaculture Private Limited is incorporated on dated 18 th October 2021 pursuant to sub section 1 of section 7 and sub section 1 of section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 18 of 2013 and rule 18 of the Companies ( Rules, 2014 and having registration number “U 05000 MH 2021 PTC 369601 and registered address at Flat No 13 Building No 2 Bamboovan Nagari, Nagpur ( Nagpur, 440034 MH India with the object clause of To promote, establish, improve, develop, administer, own and run aquacultural ponds for culturing all types of shell fish, fin fish, sea water foods and other crustacea, To shell fish, fin fish, seas water foods and other crustaceans, To carry on the business in prawn culture either by developing ponds or by catching prawn in sea waters, To construct, build equip, own and maintain and to carry on business as keepers of cold storage chambers, ice plants, godowns warehouses, refrigerators, freezing houses and room coolers for storing prawns, fish seafoods marine products and processed fish, seafoods and marine products and to act as transports of aforesaid sea food, substances and products, To carry on the business of fish feeding and seeds also provide Management consultancy and organise educational programs related to fishing by the Company
