Introduction: The foundation of Cobwelt Private Limited was laid in the year 2021 under the visionary leadership of young and dynamic entrepreneur Mrs. Meena Devi. Our Company: Cobwelt Private Limited is a company built from a vast array of experience. We can provide full service and maintenance programs tailored to your requirements, which can range from “care” maintenance of goodwill with customers on a large scale. We are able to provide all services either directly employed Labour force, or specialist sub-contractors who meet our requirements, both in terms of Quality Assurance and Health and Safety. COBWELT are providing a quality service at competitive prices, together with the recognition of client’s requirements and provision of cost-effective solutions and high-level service delivery. It is able to offer personal service which, even in these modern times, is still highly valued by many customers. With the necessary procedures in place, this will confirm that we are capable of providing bespoke services to the highest level and to the complete satisfaction of our clients. The theme of COBWELT: The Word Cobwelt has been taken from two important words “Skill Development”. The name COBWELT is meant for the skill development of job seekers especially for those who are not aware of their exact job category due to not having any professional degree or certificate/diploma courses. The COBWELT also provides placement for those who are searching for suitable placement. The object of COBWELT: It has been a very dream project of Mrs Meena Devi who is very caring about the carrier of job seekers who has lost their Jobs especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. It has also been a dream project of Mrs Meena Devi who cares about the job seekers coming from the remote area of the Country. Most time, such kind of job seekers could not get a suitable job due to a lack of knowledge of vacancy. The COBWELT pay much attention to those people. By giving shape to job seekers from the different locality of the nation as per their best suitability, the COBWELT is playing a very important role in the economic growth of the Country. Business Operations of Cobwelt: The COBWELT is going to launch its website and has already started its business operation from Delhi (Registered Office as well as Corporate Office), Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Sonepat, Mohali, Baddi, Ludhiana, Bhatinda, Ambala, Patna, West Champaran, Jamshedpur, Murshidabad, Odisha, Jaipur, Raipur, Bhopal, Surat, Pune, Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam and many more places in near future. The company is also going to start its business offices at prominent places in different states throughout the Country. What We Do: The Company is highly motivated to search the job seekers according to their suitability at their doorsteps to place them in their home town area or adjoining area. The placement in home town area certainly gives a morale boost to candidates who can enjoy their job without leaving their family and home. The COBWELT will select the right candidates as per their suitability by searching them at Village, Taluka, Sub Division and District Level with the cooperation of local govt bodies and/or private bodies and/or NGO and/or Trusts and/or other voluntary organization. We will also organize an awareness camp under our company banner in different places throughout India which will certainly help the job seekers. How We Work: The COBWELT provides a stringent scrutinizing process for the search of suitable candidates. We shortlist the candidates as per their degree, diploma, certificates, education, knowledge, skills, mental attitude, intelligence and physical activities. Thereafter, we organize a short training program to shape them as per their suitable job area and then offer their candidature for different positions in various industries as per the client’s requirement. We are maintaining a vast database of candidates from which our professionals select the best talent for the hiring companies/organization. We follow a set process where the accumulation of the resumes is done and the suitable candidate is selected for the specific position. Further, the candidate is interviewed by the hiring company on different parameters.
