The idea for the startup came from something we kept noticing while working with different small businesses: most of them wanted to use technology, but the tools available to them either didn’t fit their way of working or were simply too complicated to manage on a daily basis. Many teams felt that software made things harder instead of helping, and that’s really where the thought of building a more practical approach came from. We focus on putting together systems that match the work people already do. Instead of giving them one big product and expecting everything to adjust around it, we build things in smaller parts—maybe a billing section to start with, or a simple panel for handling customers or courses, or whatever area needs attention first. As the business gets used to it, more pieces can be added. And once something is deployed, we don’t just hand it over; we look after the updates, the hosting, and the small fixes that show up with real usage. The whole purpose of the startup is to make the shift from manual work to digital tools feel natural for teams that haven’t used structured software before. What we build aims to sit comfortably within their existing routine and grow with them, rather than forcing them into a setup that doesn’t match the way they actually work.
