CodX Systems is a deep-tech robotics startup operating across four verticals: industrial automation services, manufacturing services, technical training, and product development. Our flagship product, Erminex, is an AI-powered wall-climbing inspection rover that autonomously detects corrosion, weld defects, and material thinning on ship hulls, storage tanks, and metallic infrastructure replacing slow, hazardous manual inspection. Sensor data feeds into our AI platform, which generates 3D corrosion heatmaps and a damage progression simulator that models defect evolution under real operating conditions, enabling condition-based maintenance over fixed schedules. Beyond Erminex, CodX delivers automation integration, contract manufacturing support, and hands-on robotics and industrial training programs building end-to-end capabilities across the robotics and inspection technology stack
