CoEdge Data Centers Pvt Ltd is an AI-enabled, hyperscale, and modular data-center startup developing India’s next-generation digital infrastructure. Incorporated in June 2025 and headquartered in Pune, CoEdge builds and operates Tier III, energy-efficient, AI-ready data centers optimized for GPU/CPU-as-a-Service, enterprise cloud hosting, and high-density colocation. CoEdge’s core innovation lies in creating a native AI-Cloud platform that provides GPU-as-a-Service, AI model hosting, Kubernetes-based orchestration, and hybrid multi-cloud deployment for enterprises, startups, and research institutions. The platform enables customers to access on-demand NVIDIA GPU clusters, AI/ML training environments, model inference APIs, and containerized compute nodes without investing in costly hardware. Our flagship 1 MW facility at New Supa MIDC (Maharashtra) is designed with 20–50 kW high-density racks, advanced liquid and adiabatic cooling systems, and AI-driven workload balancing to maintain sub-1.4 PUE efficiency. CoEdge integrates intelligent power and cooling management, zero-downtime architecture, and sustainability-focused operations to achieve maximum uptime and minimal carbon footprint. Through its distributed Edge-AI node architecture, CoEdge aims to deploy regional micro data centers across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, supporting latency-sensitive applications in healthcare, fintech, IoT, media, and smart-manufacturing sectors. Our mission is to democratize access to high-performance AI infrastructure and accelerate India’s transition toward an AI-first digital economy by bridging the gap between compute availability, data sovereignty, and energy efficiency.
