Our mission is to transform behaviour dynamics for individuals in teams for better performance, alignment of culture and enhanced leadership skills using interaction and game play within our learning and development platform. The company specifically focuses on fundamental issue of bias-ridden thinking that individuals adopt in their daily lives. The primary purpose of all the activities of the company is to help businesses build better teams by helping individuals identify biases and mitigate them through gamification & intelligent mining of content. We firmly believe that individuals can be trained so that the undesired effect of unconscious biases of individuals can be minimized. This training, however, has to be subtle and persistent. Digital gaming is an effective mode for this, by which we aim to offer businesses an experiential medium for identifying and mitigating biases; combined with content intelligence. Mind of N Lab aspires to help businesses build a problem solving centered culture.
