Our vision is “To generate profits by producing and supplying environmental friendly specialty chemicals to paint and ink industry” We are planning to manufacture below eco-friendly additives in India. Our director, Mr. Ketan Parsekar has 20+ years rich experience in paint industry in technical as well as in sales. Colourglob LLP is ready with the tested and proven formulation of pH Modifier and additives. We also have decided our tolling partner Aura Paints and Chemicals who is located at Jalgaon MIDC (Maharashtra). This set up will have zero waste generation and no air pollution. In future we will also be establishing our own production set up. We will be manufacturing below products with our tolling partner. 1) Environmental friendly pH Modifier Indian decorative paint market produces total 250 Crore Liters of water based paints per year. pH modifiers are the important constituent of any water based paint formulation. Approximate total annual requirement is 5000 MT. Most of the local companies in India are using ammonia as a common pH Modifier. Ammonia is highly harmful for environment and can have adverse effect on the health of consumer as well as worker operating in the factory. There are amine based ecofriendly pH modifiers which can substitute ammonia imparting same properties without having any harmful effect. However these pH modifiers are supplied by multinational companies at higher prices as a results its usage is limited only to big profit making paint manufacturer. Local paint manufacturers are still depending on ammonia for pH adjustment. Colourglob director, Mr. Ketan Parsekar has vast experience in the formulation of pH modifier and also in sales and marketing. We are ready with the tested and proven formulation. We also have decided our tolling partner who is located at Jalgaon MIDC (Maharashtra). This set up will have zero waste generation and no air pollution. 2) Additives- Colourglob will also manufacture additives GlobSperse Aura, GlobTint CC29 and GlobTint Max. These additives are again zero VOC and ecofriendly. These additives would function as Wetting and Dispersing agent in paint formulations. Most of the additives in similar category contains Volatile Organic Compounds which are harmful for environment. Our additives would be Zero VOC and environmental friendly. We are ready with the formulations of above additives which are tested and proven in laboratory.
