Our company was established in 2015 to bridge the gap between industry expectations and academic curriculum for college students. The founding team consists a mix of Engineering and management graduates. We offer skill development training focusing on-demand skills like Computer programming, Software testing, Data Visualization, Data Analytics and problem solving skills like Aptitude, Reasoning, Critical thinking and Soft skills like Resume Building, LinkedIn networking, Personality Development, Effective Public Speaking, Effective Communication, etc., thereby accelerating Campus placement across Engineering, Arts &Science, Polytechnic and ITI institutions. So far, we have covered 30+ colleges in Tamilnadu training over 30,000 students on various verticals of soft skills and hard skills. We have associated with 20+ other start-up firms and MNCs to give job placements to trained candidates as per their needs. Also, we have extended our training services to corporates. We give training under – leadership skills, agile team building, effective presentation strategies, creativity at work, stress management, freshers’ induction, Emotional Intelligence, Work-life balance, Goal setting for corporate employees and mid-level management. Our mode of training delivery will be either online or offline. We work with Institution Innovation Council and EDII set up in college campuses fostering entrepreneurship culture among students. We train them on various stages of a start-up. Also, we help start-up founders in content writing, developing business model canvas, etc., We are focusing more on the changing trends of the industry and planning to make a sustainable impact on the young talent of the country in the years to come!
