The Relaxator Breathing Retrainer helps the user to achieve a calm, slow, diaphragmatic and rhythmic breathing compared to the fast, shallow, unrhythmic breathing people have when they are stressed. This helps to improve metabolism so that more fat can be burnt and sugar cravings can be reduced, concentrate better as the brain will oxygenate the brain more efficiently, improve heart function and blood circulation as the blood vessels will open up, reduce aches and pains as the bodily tensions will be reduced. The Sleep Tape is applied on the mouth to ensure nasal breathing at night, which helps the user to wind down and get the deep sleep they need. The Conscious Breathing Instructor Course gives the participant a unique platform where they gain deep understanding of breathing physiology, what makes up good and poor breathing habits and how our breathing affects every part of our life - thoughts, emotions and physical body. This enable the forthcoming CB Instructor to see clients and/or give their own breathing workshops and courses in order to help the participants improve their breathing habits.
