In this ever-changing and growing industry, Conspel Construction Private Limited strives to adopt technology and innovation in the form of Construction Project Management, Offsite Construction and Green Buildings. 1. Construction Project Management - One of the upcoming trends in the construction industry includes Digital Project Management. Project management refers to monitoring of the Project through the defined principles for each phase of construction. Using technology and cloud-based softwares, the goals of quality, time, and cost are monitored as well as achieved. Conspel Construction Private Limited is working to – bring in predictive algorithms through Artificial Intelligence to understand Project feasibility; set up Milestones; distribute resources using ERP. This would enable the Project Manager and Management to track expected and actual outcomes of every task and gather insights into bottlenecks. Digital construction project management, a new age project management tool, reduces waste, increases workforce efficiency, and ensures project completion by deadline. 2. Offsite Construction – Another emerging trend in the Construction industry is Offsite construction including designing, manufacturing and fabricating building elements in a factory. Traditional construction is influenced by weather conditions, especially rainfall, which increase costs due to contingency in fees, requirement of extra labor hours, wastage of materials. Conspel Construction Private Limited shall adopt Offsite construction in the upcoming years which would transform the construction lifecycle in terms of sustainability, worker safety, and quality. With a range of innovative materials, 3D printing technology, and novel assembling techniques, prefabrication of heavy 3D structures would be done offsite and then assembled / deployed onsite. This technique would enable installation of partitions and support elements at Site without any external factors like rainfall / snowfall impacting the feasibility of installation. 3. Green Buildings – An increased emphasis is being placed on adopting environment friendly measures beginning from the pre-construction planning phase until the completion of the project. These measures include optimum utilization of energy and resources and reducing waste during construction. While the above is not only expensive but also difficult to implement and achieve, Conspel Construction Private Limited strives to construct “Green Buildings” which optimize energy and resource utilization and reduce waste during construction, due to its combined environment and economic benefits. One of the visions of the Company is to obtain the popular Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ‘LEED’ certification. Further, a number of cutting-edge construction techniques, tools and enablers like construction robotics, advanced building materials with enhanced properties are fast growing to shorten the construction time by increasing the accuracy of construction processes.
