COOLING AND VENTILATION ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED is a Startup to tackle the Global Warming by its own expertise. As the heat is increasing, more temperature controlling machines and processes are in demand. Vapor compression cooling is primarily very popular if it is affordable to one. But, unfortunately vapor compression cooling is significant part of global warming itself. Because it does not cool, it just segregates heat from cold. So when one uses an A/C to cool his or her room/space they are also responsible to build same amount of direct heat for others around them. Not at all sustainable for a society. The second most popular process is evaporative cooling. Evaporation is a nature process and it generates cooling by phase change of water molecule from liquid to gas, and with little effort it can be accelerated and controlled. In older times, people used to get custom made big size coolers for their windows, it used to hang out and take outside air and pump cooled air inside the room. That used to be quite effective. But then market slowly moved towards today’s plastic coolers with wheels at the bottom. But they are just not effective for a simple reason of being wrongly placed, within the room, for most of the time, and they are just about 65-75% efficient in terms of temperature fall and they add high humidity. Our vision is to look at the evaporation process closely, go deeper into physics of it, and design best possible evaporating machine to achieve maximum temperature difference. And then, design it to be able to be used in ways which makes it effortless cooling solution for our people. We have successfully managed to reach to a product which produces 3–4-degree lower temperature than any other evaporative coolers, and we have managed to make it small enough to be mounted on windows from inside of room without taking any floor space and it is a beautiful piece which you would proud to own. It does not let the indoor temperature go higher than 29.5 degree ever and mostly maintains between 25 and 28.5 in the day time during summers. And in night, it can go as low as 20 degrees. (Patent is in process) We are developing it also in terms of sustainable materials and processes. The design is based on aluminum and coconut husk, totally recyclable and waste material respectively. It also being designed with the latest and most efficient BLDC motors, and electronics which offer fine control over the evaporation process as well as smooth interaction with user. According to an estimate, cave coolers installed ONE per house in Ahmedabad city area, can bring temperature of the city down by 3 degree. This is only known direct earth cooling machine at the moment. People would use it for themselves but they would also be cooling the earth in the process. A/C market today stands at 35,000 Cr and Air-cooler market at 2,800 Cr in India in 2022. Our product is placed between these two product categories. CAVE - ETM (Eco-friendly Temperature Management) has capacity to bite into A/C market and can lead the way forward to air-cooling technology and industry. It has significant capacity of employment generation and wealth creation. It can generate 500 to 800 employments in 5 Years and tentatively 1,600 Cr in valuation in same period, while saving people from heat and protecting Globe from getting warmer.
