As an entrepreneur we are keen to solve problems of the world and the size of the problem decides the scale of the business . Considering data provided by WHO stating that by 2020 anxiety and stress will be the number one illness that the human will have . The illness is self created it has also given rise to various industry such as health and wellness products , online training, gyms , fitness centre , fitness application etc. it is already 100 billion dollar industry . As an athlete this is the best way i can contribute to the society. Business model - products/ services? As we are looking for exponential growth so when we talk about our products we have more than one product to generate revenue all the platform is created with the intention to cover large number of audience . we want to provide one stop destination for the user categorised on three levels; First youtube channel for their daily workouts and cooking. Second - application which will keep track of their daily nutrition intake and Third - fitness band to keep an eye on the user's health like blood pressure, ecg, lifestyle activity. 1. youtube channel for free bodyweight workouts . scientifically designed workouts categorised on the basic of calorie 100-1200 cal , time 10 -90 mins , body part focused (such as abs ,legs, upper body ), intensity ( beginners to advance ) . 2. Application - Our health and fitness application will provide nutrition data to user , workout plan , near by gym with details of all the services and prices , personal training at home . the application will also help the gym to manage all the contact of the gym members their billing date, taxes and other records. 3. fitness bands - With the increasing use of internet and IOT products fitness band has grown both popularity and sell . given the data of sales of the companies selling fitness band one can surely say that the product has a stable future . 4. We are acting agent arbitrator for the gym and the user we are trying to bridge the gap between the the Gym owner and the user . We shell generate revenue on on every e subscription we bring for the gym. 5. We are also training local trainer For x cross fitness workouts which will help enhancing and growing as a team the trainer shell provide general training to the members also provide personal training on chargeable basis on every client we shall able to to generate revenue. 6. we shall charge gym owners for the premium application features such as accounting tracking record of the members tracking record of trainers, review and rating for online promotion and many other services. 7. We are trying to collaborate with health and and nutrition manufacturing companies to sell their product at our platforms. The idea is to increase the bill size of the existing member.
