Crest Innovations & Research Private Limited is a company founded by a research-driven patent professional. The company is wholly dedicated to the creation of wellness-oriented, clinically validated natural products to manage/prevent chronic conditions. The first in the series of products planned is AIDDAA, a Functional Food Formulation for addressing insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is a looming metabolic issue central to diabetes, pre-diabetes, PCOD, obesity, gestational diabetes, hyperthyroidism, and non-alcoholic fatty liver. Our food formulation has scientific verification for our ingredients to bring about a reduction in insulin resistance. Further, our pilot studies show that Aiddaa has drug equivalence in its insulin sensitization. Based on this we have received small funding from the Tamil Nadu government for a larger study. This innovative formulation shows surprising results and hence has been awarded an Indian patent (IN 350776). We have come up with a more robust formula and would love to go in for a PCT filing. This is because our informal market survey at the Dubai Food Festival showed there is no equivalent to Aiddaa as yet in the market. We wish to take this global. Also, we have planned almost 20 more products for for wellness.
