In their own words

We aim to provide marketable solutions to significant technological challenges for Integrated Circuits (ICs or chips) and other electronic components in the cryogenic temperature and high radiation operating conditions, such as those encountered in quantum computing, space, and defense applications. Our mission is to resolve these challenges through innovations in IC and device (co)design, fabrication processes, SPICE based Process-Design Kit (PDK) compact models, device and circuit characterization, IC/systems packaging, and testing so that complex computing systems can be built and operated in cryogenic temperature and high radiation environments. Our immediate intentions are to fabricate chips with commercial foundries and utilize state-of-the-art device/circuit design, modeling, and characterization infrastructure available at our laboratories in IIT Delhi, which is available to us on pay and use basis through IIT Delhi central and nano-research facilities. However, in the long term, we intend to scale up towards setting up our own facilities. Our founder and promoter Prof. Abhisek Dixit (EE, IIT Delhi) has more than 25 years of experience in design and fabrication of silicon CMOS technology-based devices and circuits, including long hauls in IMEC Belgium and IBM-SRDC. Co-founder Deepesh Sharma is a Prime-minister Research Fellowship (PMRF) recipient and research scholar at IIT Delhi. Deepesh is young and dynamic entrepreneur with in-depth knowledge and exposure to industry-standard CMOS and its applications in silicon-based quantum computing applications. Co-founder Shwetha Mishra comes with business administration background and experience in various multinational banks. Our scientific advisor Prof. Rao Tummala (IEEE Fellow) is a legend in chip and systems packaging world. He was an IBM Fellow and director of IBM Packaging Labs and the founder director of the Packaging Research Center (PRC) at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA.

The neighbourhood

This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot.
