The Company is an Subsidiary of CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, an SPV (“CSC SPV”) which is engaged in the business of providing a range of services to support the Common Services Centre (“CSC”) network, an initiative of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, comprising of rural and urban Information Technology enabled delivery outlets across the country as an integrated service delivery channel for delivery of public and private services forming part of Digital India programme.
