In a locally competitive market for clothing apparels we need to think of innovative ways to capture a good market share so that we are able to cater to a varied portfolio of customers. We plan to target 2 broad groups of customers, the first one being the customers who order in bulk thus giving us the benefits of economices of scale decreasing our per unit cost and thus increasing the profits and revenue. The second group of customers can be categorised as customers who buy low quantities but in such a case even though the cost per unit is high the huge number of such customers can help us generate high revenue with good profit margins.
