Cynergy specializes in increasing Digital footprint for its clients. Digital footprint includes providing customers with firstly their digital presence, media & multimedia services, and a proprietary peer to peer learning & collaboration technology platform for increased B-B-C engagements. We offer a B-to-B-to-C pedagogical ecosystem to meet the needs of the key stakeholders on the learning, sharing, collaboration and the employment value chain, leveraging on the increasing acceptance of crowdsourcing to help sectors’ agility. We facilitate the direct flow of knowledge / expertise from source to end users, just-in-time & on-demand to upport workplace performance. Intention is to eliminate the ‘middle layers’ that dilute and pollute transformative learning. We emphasise the principle, ‘show us, don’t tell us’. We target SMEs offering specialised consulting services that include a training component for their clients and staff; those who have the opportunity for growth but are limited by scaling challenges. These businesses already have a strong customer base, and they want to expand their reach and be digital savvy. Osmosis will partner SMEs in sunrise and niche sectors such as Learning Solutions, Project Management, Geriatric services, Mental health services, Fintech services, Soft skills / people skills, etc. The current [continuous learning] market is well supported by certification-based programmes and delivered typically in a highly structured approach. The younger workforce are used to more dynamic and hands-on access to information. And yet, the delivery of training is driven mostly to meet paper qualification. But after certification and graduation, where does daily learning happen? Current learning solutions are not adequately addressing this gap. We want to be the platform of choice to provide value for the marketplace, where key actors within a domain-specific ‘POD’ - mentors and experts, learners, recruiters, and peers – collaboratively benefit: •Allow the domain expert or team of experts to curate, aggregate and create [domain specific] content •Build a learning community that co-create content collectively and iterate new ideas •Breed and nurture a practice of active ‘prosumption’ of content and a collaborative mindset to learn, unlearn, relearn together as a pack •Increase accessibility to / discoverability of / reciprocity of learning in an authentic safe space •Displays data that showcase learners’ contributions to the ecosystem as evidenced based portfolio for potential employer / client We are a a multi-tenanted platform that allows small and micro enterprises [in growth phase] or experts / groups of experts / alumni or trade associations to digitalise their presence and bring performance support to talents in an increasingly gig economy. We aim for sectoral level impact because of the shared model of learning. With a concentration of talents being attracted to each specific domain area, we plan to match them to recruiters in job portals.
