At Cyteck Phycoactives Pvt. Ltd., we are producing bioactives to lead a healthy life. We produce coloured protein and carbohydrate from marine red microalgae using a tissue culture technique. This coloured protein has many applications in food, cosmetic, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry. The coloured pigment is C-Phycoerythrin which have fluorescence property. The carbohydrate extracted from media called as exopolysaccharide have many applications in food and pharmaceutical industries. We are able to culture the marine red microalgae in indoor facility and enhance the protein content of marine red microalgae by biotechnological techniques. Hence, we are able to continuously supply C-phycoerythrin and exopolysaccharide to the industries continuously.
