Our startup DARWINSOCIETY PRIVATE LIMITED is an enterprise development institute primarily aimed to assist the creation of micro, mini, and small enterprises. We also assist in streamlining existing unorganised businesses into the formal sector for their due recognition as well as growth. Apart from indigenous and autonomous initiatives, we undertake Central and State Government social & development projects primarily related to (but not limited to) entrepreneurship, business education, training, counselling, IT & ITES, environment, renewable energy, agri/allied, green jobs, etc. We are into both online & offline training. We promote, support, mentor and also fund entrepreneurial ventures in the MSME sector either as part of various Govt social support schemes or even at our own behest. DARWIN has been associated with various national and international projects of significance. We are the official District Resource Persons Agency working in the various districts of Assam in collaboration with the respective DICC (District Industries & Commerce Centre) offices. Presently DARWIN runs and manages 135nos Aadhaar Enrolment Centers (AECs) of Indian Bank and Allahabad Bank branches across 9 states of India, namely - Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Arunachal, Tripura, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Mizoram and West Bengal. An in-house app, named LOCAL, had been developed by DARWIN to aid local MSMEs and customers during the period pandemic and lockdown. Our startup also focuses on generating 1000 employment opportunities for people in the upcoming years. We generate revenue by providing courses and training to micro, mini, small enterprises and to students.
