M/s DATUM CONCRETE PIPES PVT LTD established in 17 March 2020 and is engaged in manufacturing in RCC and Pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) which consists of a concrete core, a thin steel cylinder, high tensile pre-stressing wires, and a mortar coating. Concrete’s high compressive strength and high tensile strength of steel forms a durable structure that can stand extreme conditions. Furthermore, we also plan to adapt to new manufacturing process i.e. ‘Vertical Casting’ due to increased pipe demand in national highways. Various pipe sizes ranging from 150mm to 1200mm for different classes NP2 NP3 & NP4 are manufactured by spinning process in our industry as per IS 458:2003. Average production rate ranges from 100 RMT/day for 150mm NP2 class pipes to 25 RMT/day for all class 1200mm pipes. Also we are the only pipe manufacturers in neighboring districts of Bhandara, Chandrapur, Nagpur, Gadchiroli and Gondia to have ISI mark for such wide variety of products.
