This work is related with the product development of water chiller tank which will work on new concept by replacement of the copper tubes in evaporator tank by ss304 seam welding with inner tank which will provide high heat transfer area approx 7 to 8 times than conventional system and that results in reducing the running cost/operational cost of about ~ 20%. It will beneficial to people in saving electricity bill as it may provide up to 70 % less power consumption rate with compare to current system. Funded by SSIP through GIC on the name of DChillers which is about to change to DCryonic for unique name.
