De Jure Consulting LLP was incorporated on 23rd December 2016 with a vision to offer legal support services to clients across domestic and international spectrum. We aim to do this through a blend of technologically supported legal services. On domestic front, the firm aims to support such small and medium enterprises with drafting, vetting, negotiating, closures and compliances of contracts with customers as well as suppliers. Also, investigate potential litigation situations, structure notices/replies etc. thereby offering a broad range of consultative legal services. On International front, the firm aspires to serve foreign clients on all such legal support services that can be performed remotely. Such as; Contract lifecycle Management, Litigation Support Services, stare Decisis etc. The legal support services industry is expected to grow exponentially in coming years creating employment opportunities within and for India The firm still struggles to grow its market existence and hence designating our firm as start up would help us tremendously in terms of tax exemptions available for start ups in India.
