Few of them are: 1) Investment Subsidy on SGST paid @ 75% 2) Interest Subsidy @ 5% for MSME 3) Power Tariif Subsidy & Electricity Duty Exemption 4) Stamp Duty Refund @ 75% 5) And many other The above project is more suitable and well connected to Delhi Border as no future Industrial Manufacturing Park will be allowed in Delhi as per Delhi Government Notification. There are MSME units operating in unauthorized areas like Najafgarh, Mundka etc. who can get loans from banks and can shift over there. COST EXPECTED REVENUE EXPECTED LAND COST - 35 CR MORE THAN 100 CR. ALL OTHER COST - 25 CR TOTAL COST - 60 CR Funds/Capital required for starting Project (Equity or Convertible Debt Portion) Medium Risk -10 cr Low Risk (To cover Land Cost)- 35 cr Investment Time Horizon – 1 to 2 years ABOUT THE DIRECTORS 1) MAHENDER KUMAR GUPTA – He is a social man who has served the society and associated with many social organizations. He is presently serving as the President of Jan Kalyan Charitable Hosp. (Karol Bagh, Delhi) and a trustee of Maharaja Agarsen Hospital (Punjabi Bagh, Delhi). He is associated with the Automobile Market -Delhi Scooter Trader Association (DSTA, Naiwala, Karol Bagh) He is having good connects with the manufactures/industrialist who will buy the plots. 2) DEEPAK GUPTA – He is well qualified and a Chartered Accountant. He has done various post qualification courses from ICAI having international exposure as well. He has done research and in touch for last 8 years with whole REAL Estate Industry on ground level ranging from the revenues in various projects and the reasons for losses or the litigations in various courts. He has given training on RERA law in 2016 to builders and their teams. He is having a team of Architect, Engineer, CA, CS, Advocates, and Contractors who will assist in the project. He is having keen desire to deliver the various products of REAL ESTATE to general people in Society and make their life better with best returns to the INVESTORS.
