To carry on the business of design, development, manufacturing, fabrication,assembly, testing, integration,repair, overhaul, maintenance,upgrading, export and trading of defence, missile, aerospace and related components, systems,sub-systems, assemblies and structures for supply to various laboratories and stablishments of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Defence Public Sector Undertakings, Ordnance Factories, Indian Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force), Coast Guard, other Government approved private sector defence & aerospace manufacturers, and for commercial aircraft, satellite, launch vehicle and civilian aerospace applications. Detailed Ancillary / Incidental Objects The company is authorised to undertake the following activities in furtherance of the main object: a) Manufacture and supply of precision components, machined parts, sheet metal fabrications, composites, forgings, castings, welded structures, propulsion components, avionics, electromechanical assemblies, missile airframes, warhead sections, control surfaces, actuators, seekers, inertial navigation systems, telemetry, pyrotechnics and other critical aerospace & defence grade parts meeting MIL, JSS, ISRO, ASTM, AS, NADCAP and other relevant standards. b) Undertake Turnkey manufacturing, Build-to-Print (BTP) and Build-to-Specification (BTS) contracts for DRDO labs (e.g., DRDL, RCI, ASL, ARDE, ADE, LRDE, etc.), ISRO centres (VSSC, LPSC, SAC, URSC, etc.), HAL divisions and other approved agencies. c) Engage in research & development, technology absorption, indigenisation (Make in India), reverse engineering and value engineering of aerospace, missile and defence components in collaboration with DRDO, ISRO, HAL, private industry and academic institutions. d) Set up and operate state-ofthe- art manufacturing facilities including CNC machining, 5-axis machining, vacuum heat treatment, sur
