We provide products conveniently and immediately when consumers want, via cashless, internet connected (IoT) vending machines. Innovative Product: We have developed an app-enabled cashless vending machine where users can order using a smartphone app and dispense products from our vending machine. Our proprietary technology is embedded in our vending machine, which handles user interaction, server communication, controls and monitors the vending machine hardware. Innovative Process: Users can view real time inventory of products in our vending machines, using our Android/ iOS app. On the app, users can choose a vending machine, select products and pay digitally using any online payment mechanism of their choice, such as UPI, debit/ credit card, netbanking or digital wallets. Users receive an OTP that they enter in our vending machine, to dispense all items they have purchased. Improved Service: Users get products they want, conveniently, immediately, 24x7, using any digital payment options. We leverage technology to reduce dispense errors, reduce stock-outs and provide immediate issue resolution to users. Scalability: based on our successful pilot at several offices in Bangalore and validation of our unit economics, we are confident of building a scalable business. We plan to install 10,000 cashless IoT vending machines at workplaces in the top 10 cities of India, over the next 5 years. This will result in direct job creation for 1100+ people. This will also lead to projected annual revenues of about Rs. 530 Crore, while being EBITDA positive, which would result in wealth creation for shareholders and employees via ESOP plan.
