We are a technology-driven startup, established in December 2017, dedicated to providing advanced coating solutions for the R&D sector. Our expertise lies in the design and development of customized thin film coating systems tailored to research applications in materials science, optoelectronics, and nanotechnology.One of our flagship innovations is the Advanced Spray Pyrolysis Machine, engineered specifically for depositing semiconductor and transparent conductive oxide (TCO) coatings used in optoelectronic devices. Unlike conventional spray pyrolysis systems that operate at atmospheric pressure in ambient air—often leading to oxygen contamination and degradation of film properties—our system enables coating under low pressure and inert gas environments. This results in significantly reduced oxygen incorporation and enhanced material performance, as demonstrated in R&D trials. This validation was done using funds received through DST-SERB fast track, while the director of the start-up was pursuing his Post-doctoral research at Cochin University of Science and Technology. An Indian Patent for our invention is also awarded. Building on this success, we have also developed a range of other specialised R&D equipment, including: MOCVD systems for epitaxial growth of metal oxide films, Electrospinning machines for nanofiber fabrication, UV Ozone systems for surface activation and cleaning, Ultrasonic spray coaters for uniform thin film deposition. Our mission is to make high-performance, affordable research equipment accessible to academic institutions and innovation-driven labs worldwide.
