To overcome nutrient deficiencies, growing and consuming mushrooms is an excellent approach. Not only for their aroma and flavor but mushrooms are also consumed for their culinary values due to their high-quality proteins, Vitamins, fibers and medicinal properties due to which they are also called as nutraceuticals. Recently, Govt of India advised state governments to include mushrooms in the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) and Mid Day Meals (MDM) schemes. As mushrooms contain high moisture content and are delicate in texture they cannot be stored fresh for longer. Hence, the company focuses on the need to come up with a low-cost innovative solution to increase shelf-life of fresh mushrooms and supply-chain management of the same. Also, on formulating functional food products for health and wellness using different variants of mushrooms as key ingredients.Also into providing trading, supply and services in civil, construction, chemicals, instruments, electrical goods, food items, and allied materials.
