Myself Dhwanil modi. Since last 5 years I worked with different companies and gain experience. With my job I also worked on my own start up regarding home automation. Due to my start up experience I gain knowledge in digital marketing which helped me to grow my business. And due to this I left my job and I started work full time on my own start up since 2018. Currently I can say I have some knowledge and experience of what essence is needed for start up to grow. Since this pendemic started we got so many free times and we started evaluate our own health in different basis. From that deep thinking I feel that there are so many problem we are currently facing and we need some firm solution. Below I have mentions some problem which we are facing. PROBLEM 1) Due to pandemic our main focus is come towards strengthen our immunity. We started our focus on nutrients based foods. This should be stay on our main focus for lifetime. We are checking all our food calorie and nutrient counts . What type of vitamins we getting from food. From a day we gain energy from different source of food. In that 20 to 30% is from different types of form of milk products. like drinking milk, tea ,coffee ,panner, cheese ,ice cream and all other dairy products consumed by us on daily basis. In India milk is distributed two ways. One is by packaged milk and other is informally by local milk man or milk distributor. In both way milk adulteration is done for milk longevity. we are not getting raw milk with its own nutrients and vitamin due to below reasons. - in packaged milk many cows milk is put in a single tank. it is pasteurised to kill microbes. It is then homogenised. Fat particles are broken down and percentage of fat in the milk is controlled. So every time we buy any packaged milk from any brand, the taste ,colour and odour will be exactly same. - The milk brought by the milk man has a higher risk for contamination by addition of water, sugar or unknown contamination due to bad hygiene of the person milking, the cow udders or even the bucket/container in which the milk is collected. But more importantly the taste , odour and even colour of the milk depends on what the cow has consumed. There have been days when the milk had a strong odour of hay/grass. Not really pleasant. Also, depending on the health of the cow and time of milking, the quality of the milk may change every day in terms of percentage constituents. And last but not the least, it is definitely not pasteurised. So boiling the milk becomes paramount. So raw milk we can only get if we own any cow by our own. Why we can’t get fresh milk? PROBLEM 2) Dairy business in India grown vary rapidly in India due to green revolution. Many entreprenuers started dairy farm to make their life better. Many of dairy farm owner does not have good financial condition. they starting their business by taking loans. Some how lack of knowledge of new technology, government policy and lack of experience major dairy business either failed or can’t improve. why any small farmer can’t start their own agriculture business or dairy business without any financial burden? Why major dairy startup failed due to lack of knowledge or not able to sell milk above its cost price? SOLUTION Worship the cow is all we need to be do. Owning a cow or purchasing any cow is more secure than purchasing any land or property or investment. There is no liability in owning of animals. Any cow or other animal helping us from their birth to till death. From their milk to dung to urine every products are useful. They give us return of every penny which we used on them . At the end we owe to them. 1) Providing financial loan to small scale farmer. Providing direct good quality of Indian breed cow with insurance. Educate and share our experience of our team to the farmers. Farmer can take any animal on loan by getting owner rights or can get animal on rent as per their conviction. Also food of every animals will be decide and distributed by our team to the farmers. After that farmer will be enrolled with our business which will provide dairy product to us for sell on daily basis. Focus should be on - criteria for choosing farmer for financial help, - breed quality of animal which we are providing, - food of animal on daily basis. - medical treatment. - should be near to the city area for day to day supply chain. 2) Using a mobile application or website any of end customer can choose their dairy products like milk, ghee, paneer, ice cream. He or she can choose which type of milk is require. Like cow or buffalo. That criteria we can more diversify with A2 based milk, low or high fat milk or processed milk. Once the informations prov
