When human kidneys fail, the dialysis keeps the body in balance by removing waste, salt and extra water to prevent them from building up in the body, keeping a safe level of certain chemicals in blood, such as potassium, sodium and bicarbonate that helps to control blood pressure. Dialyatech health services Pvt. Ltd. aims to make easy availability of dialysis by its varying service models – Two bedded Micro dialysis centre , Dialysis on wheel (for those who are not in a position to travel to the centers available we provide the service at their doorstep) & Home dialysis( Who want the service in there bad room). Patients can easily reach out to us and book there time slot by a specially designed android application. Patient will get customized diet plan by this application and maintain the daily record.In India more than 2,00,000 new cases of end-stage kidney disease are recorded each year. There are 2500 dialysis centres with a total of approximately 20,000 dialysis machines predominantly in the private sector (90%) across the country. These are mainly concentrated in cities, especially metros. A survey published in 2016 by Late Mr. Arun Jaitley estimated a deficiency of about 3.4 crore dialysis sessions in the country. These are concerning numbers. Although, the government has provided free dialysis centers by the Pradhan Mantri National Dialysis Program, it counts only about 1000 centers across the country which is not enough for the huge count of patient recorded.Dialyatech health services Pvt. Ltd. mainly targets the patients in tire2 and tire3 cities with no availability or shortage of dialysis centres at the nearest. We assure that they receive the best service without travelling long distance risking infections, spending time and energy.The uniqueness of our idea is that we focus on specific area in the whole business. In our endeavor we will focus in the maintenance of machines, other repair and maintenance, customer relationship on the macro level i.e advertisement and online sales promotions, human resource management of all technical staff. Also, as our business relates to a single dimension and focuses on a single service i.e dialysis. These factors can lead to steep learning and specialization. This specialization will also bring economies of scale which will help us in cost cutting. Also, there is sharing of risks between us and our clients due to which we expect proper discipline from our clients. Existing centres are mainly micro managed by individuals and firms which are not very standardized in terms of patient-wellness. Also, sales and customer relationship are managed under the same roof as other operations are. This leads to increase in cost of services which in turn lead to higher market rate for dialysis.
