Dight International Chambers is a non-profit organization registered under the companies Act of 2013 on 16th July 2019 with the primary objective of livelihood upliftment through mobilization relevant stake holders in India. We are looking at transformation of 5,000,000 lives across India, through various programs by the year 2022. Our efforts coupled with volunteering efforts from motivated people can certainly yield still bigger masses under the coverage of targeted programs. There are millions of people from rural India awaiting to get engaged for a respectable livelihood, which is rightfully deserved by them. Such prospective work force need to be connected through appropriate links across the country, preferably for employment at the nearest location from their natural habitat. There are still more people contributing to the national growth as raw work-force serving around the globe. There is inadequate awareness about statutory benefits, whether mandatory or otherwise, introduced by the government and corporate. Such inadequacy exists among employees for benefits as well as employers for compliance, which leads to loss of numerous work-hours due to misinterpretation at times of different situations. Loss of such work-hours must be treated as National loss. What it means to us, saying: “Helping Livelihood and accelerating growth”. Helping employers for statutory compliance 4. Helping India for employment generation 5. Creating global neighborhood to instill mankind happiness 6. Helping aspiring professional practitioners to utilize our platform at their professional interest 7. Helping start-up aspirants to utilize our platform at Pre-start-up stage for improved preparedness while launching respective start-up organisation 8. To establish the culture among all facilitators, contributors, solicitors, beneficiaries and donors to f facilitate growth as “volunteers for growth”. To realize this Dight International Chambers adopts a life cycle approach to develop the culture for a better livelihood with earning options while one can work and when one can’t i.e. “During employment and after retirement - Naukri ke saath bhi aur naukri ke baad bhi”. Mission statement: Our sole-goal to fetch statutory benefits of organised sector employment for informal and Un-organised sector work force. This will lead to social security for deprived masses across India. This will also protect many employers from compliance hurdles related to employee management, at least not at the cost of their business. There by we can accelerate employment generation. Eligible beneficiaries 75,000,000 eligible workers with responsibility of more than 200,000,000 lives in their families across the nook and corner of the country.
