Digital Katering Solutions is an IT solutions company building technology products for a range of industries. Our current focus is Matsyavedh, an adaptive, offline-first mock-test platform for India's competitive examinations such as NEET and JEE. Over 3.5 million students appear for these exams each year, yet most prepare using static question banks and one-size-fits-all mock tests that cannot identify individual weaknesses or adapt to each learner's ability. The gap is sharpest for students outside major cities — those with limited or intermittent internet, those who learn best in their regional language, and coaching institutes that lack tools to track preparation at an individual level. No affordable, personalized, offline-capable, multilingual preparation tool currently exists for these learners. Matsyavedh addresses this through three combined innovations. An explainable adaptive engine analyses each student's performance at the topic level after every test and automatically reconstructs the next mock to target their specific weak areas. An offline-first design delivers personalized, encrypted test packages that run entirely on the phone — questions, timer, and instant grading — with results syncing once the student is online. A language-keyed content architecture delivers questions and answer explanations in the student's preferred Indian language, reflecting that NEET is conducted in 13 languages. The platform is built as a single configurable engine, so expanding across exams, languages, and student volumes is a matter of adding configuration and content rather than rebuilding software, keeping marginal cost per student very low. It serves both individual students (B2C) and coaching institutes (B2B), creating skilled, distributable employment in engineering, subject-matter authoring, and regional-language content, while generating revenue through institutional and individual subscriptions.
