We M/s DILO South Asia Machinery & Fittings Pvt. Ltd. hereinafter referred to as "DILO South Asia" or "the Company," came into existence on 31st October,2023 is a subsidiary of DILO Armaturen und Analagen GmbH, hereinafter referred to as "DILO GmbH" or "the Parent Company." Mumbai, having an official address as 510, ATL Corporate Park, Opp. L&T Gate No.7, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai-400072.DILO GmbH, a long-standing German company, specializes in the production of SF6 Gas Handling Service Carts. While the Parent Company has been engaged in manufacturing outside Germany through its subsidiary DILO Company, Inc. in the United States, it has now decided to expand its manufacturing operations to India in response to the country's invitation to global manufacturers under “MAKE IN INDIA” campaign.As part of its production plan, DILO South Asia aims to source more than 50% of its resources locally in India, while the remaining items required for the manufacturing of B052R40 Service Carts will be shipped from Germany by the Parent Company. Notably, the items being supplied from Germany to DILO South Asia are as per the agreement between the Parent Company and it’s subsidiary. This pricing arrangement is primarily due to the fact that the Parent Company is providing these items to DILO South Asia for the purpose of manufacturing service carts and subsequently selling them to end customers on behalf of the Parent Company. These items supplied from Germany are packaged together as B052R40Z and sold as a package to DILO South Asia in India. In this regard we would like to state that this is our first import from our above mentioned related supplier and after import, we do manufacturing of B052INDIAR40 Service Cart and the finished goods are then sold to the third party in India, depending on the demand We request your good self to accept the value and oblige.
