DMFU Private Limited (Incorporated on 18th April 2025) is building India’s first dedicated digital platform for mess (daily meal) services. Our mission is to organize and empower the highly unstructured mess industry, starting with college towns and student hubs. DMFU operates through two mobile applications: The User App helps students and professionals find nearby messes, view menus, prices, ratings, and subscribe online or offline. The Mess Owner App gives full control to mess providers to manage menus, pricing, attendance (via QR scan), subscriptions, and receive digital payments. DMFU is solving a real pain point: finding a good mess is still based on word-of-mouth, and most mess owners lack digital visibility. With DMFU, we are offering a platform where both sides benefit—users get choice and control, and mess owners get digital tools to grow and manage their operations efficiently. Over 50+ messes have already joined during our pilot in Pune, and our model is ready to scale to other cities. DMFU is a bootstrapped, tech-driven startup focused on transforming India's mess infrastructure.
