“Imagine Dehradun as a land of "beauty, quality and endless possibilities." This is how I see it. Thanks to this startup of course :-)” - Kate, startup leader I am delighted to introduce our company Dobrostan Mission Pvt Ltd, which has been operating for three years and is registered in Dehradun. Our business has so far focused on providing medical and educational services, but now we are ready to expand our operations. We have an ambitious plan, but we are not constrained by time or intellect to achieve it. We know what we are doing, and we are very determined. Our startup was founded by Katarzyna Drobner, one of our directors, who came to India from Poland ten years ago. She has an artistic background, and both her parents are connected to this field. Her mother is a fashion designer, and her father is a retired design teacher with extensive experience in industrial design, having worked for companies such as Bank & Olufsen and holding patents in new technologies. In India, Katarzyna studied interior design and worked remotely as a creative manager for a PR company, promoting products in Central Europe and the UK. She also collaborated with charities, getting to know the culture and character of India, and for the past three years, she has been working with the Dobrostan Mission. Katarzyna sees the potential and needs of the market and can anticipate its trends and needs. She envisions Dehradun as a land of beauty, quality, and endless possibilities, and through our startup, we aim to achieve just that. Our goal is to combine new technologies with the work of skilled teams, technicians, engineers, and artisan craftsmen. With the popularity of AI bots such as Midjourney, anyone can design beautiful objects, from jewelry to furniture and even cars. Dobrostan Mission will be able to realize all these projects, thanks to our pool of engineers, technicians, jewelers, weavers, and other professionals. We can also quickly find subcontractors when needed. We will be the place where you won't hear "that's impossible" - it may not be cheap, but everything that is legal and ethical is possible for us. In addition to implementing AI projects, we will work with talented Indian designers and artists and promote their creativity in the local and international markets, combining their creativity with our technical capabilities. We also plan to support young people in creating their original ideas and collections. Furthermore, we want to create our own design studio, our own designer brand, and in the future, a design school. Our enterprise will have three main pillars. The first one is realizing even the most imaginative client projects, the second is collaborating with artists and designers, promoting their work and connecting them with clients, and lastly, realizing their projects or young artists' projects to create their portfolio and help them in education. Without realization, it's challenging to know what works, and some things must be done to see how they work. The third pillar will be promoting our design, developing our studio's creative thought and producing attractive, high-quality products in small batches, which will be available in single stores or dedicated sections of collaborating stores. We want to design the products like clothing, accessories, gadgets, bags, cups, bottles, etc. everything to promote our as well the partnered organisation name over India. Because Kate specialises in interior design we would like to be visable also in this field. With use digital printing machines we would like to create unique interiors, including dedicated designed tiles, wallpapers, and furniture panels. Our design possibilities are endless, and we can create beautiful and unique designs for kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, and more. We are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead of us and the chance to make a significant impact in the design industry. We are committed to providing excellent service to our clients, fostering collaboration and creativity among artists and designers, and promoting sustainable and ethical practices. We believe that with our expertise, resources, and determination, we can turn our vision into a reality and establish ourselves as a leading design company in Dehradun and beyond.
