We are a start-up in Fintech domain specialized in solutions pertaining to process/compliance automation to MSME, Mid and Large corporates who fall under the ambit of Foreign Exchange Management Act (1999). Solution further integrates different verticals in an organization and multiple external stakeholders of business into a single window ensuring the compliances are done with minimal manual interventions. This being a specialized domain, are more people centric rather than systemic and companies spend sizable money on skilled employees adding the transactional burden. We can be a one stop shop audit point for all the compliance even for regulators like Reserve Bank of India, Enforcement Directorate for FEMA related transactions.
