The quality of agriculture products is continually decreasing because of enormous use of chemical fertilizer and pesticides which make food silent killer. Agriculture scientist now emphases for quality production with quantity and for this purposes many attempt were carried out through traditional organic fertilizer. Major drawback of organic fertilizer is time requirement for its manufacturing, method of application and its cost. To improve fast and cheap qualitative and quantitative production of organic fertilizer and pesticide, we are continually working on production and separation of component of phytomass from different plant and apply them in farm as fertilizer or pesticide for safe agri practices and healthy yield. The result of this afford is ‘Trigger’ which is our first product in market best and competitive to others growth promoters and fungicides. It produced form phytomass of different plant present in farm showing best result on plant growth and plant resistance for fungus attach. The reason of its action is still not clear; probably it is due to individual or synergic effect of many components coming in extract from phytomass form different plant. To understand it action we need to careful investigation of its component and it role in plant growth and development. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of this extract can open new horizon for development of other new non harmful organic fertilizer and pesticides products. Implementation of green revolution in country the status of national food security shows enchant able statistic of successful quantitative agricultural production, insure self depended country with no hunger. Contradictory excessive use of fertilizer and pesticide for production in four decade create grim for health and environment [1]. The best and ecofriendly option to avoid the health and environment problem due to chemical fertilizer and pesticide is to use of organic ferilizer which not only nourish agro ecosystem but also positively impact on vitality of food and farmer economy [2]. With this vision we are preparing range of product which is base on separation of component of phytomass showing best result on growth, disease resistance capacity and yield in plant by preserving its natural vitality without contamination by harmful chemicals. Major challenge for this work is to selection of material, extraction, identification and isolation of essential component in phytomass which can act as fertilizer and pesticide. We are trying to improve traditional organic fertilizer, pesticides preparation method into commercial large scale production method by development of organic product form phytomass. 3. Improvement of crop yield with ecofriendly fertilizer and pesticides: Techniques in traditional organic farming improve in such way that it can provide affordable large amount of effective fertilizer and pesticide. Continues and stable supply of organic nutrient from soil to plant boost plant internal resistance system so that it can able to mange environment change, pest and fungus attach. In addition to that some high effective pesticide from plant phytomass showing anti pesticide activity also provide to integrated management of pest. 4. Global status of the proposal: The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has estimated that by the year 2020, nearly one third of the world's chemical production will take place in non-OECD countries and that global output will be 85% higher than it was in 1995. The shift of chemical production to poor countries may increase related health and environmental risks Numbers of disease seem to increases by contaminated food containing pesticide and fertilizer residue. Indians take about 40 (363mg/day/person) times more residue through food items than the average American (7 mg/day/person) intake which may lead serious damage of people health [3]. Chemical fertilizer used per hectare in India (N+P+K) are determined as 115.4. These values are 665.5 in the Netherlands; 624.8 in Egypt; 373.2 in Japan; 301.5 in China; 287.5 in Britain; 205.4 in Germany; 180.1 in France; 160.8 in the USA; 126.4 in Italy; 121.4 in Turkey; 100.4 in Greece and 106.9 in Indonesia kg/ha respectively [4]. For the next 30 years, more fertilizer will be used to obtain more products. Enormous use of these chemical fertilizers in future resulting in number of environmental problems because some fertilizers containing heavy metals which can damage whole agriculture ecosystem, that why this is right time to starting work on development of organic fertilizers from phytomass to avoid future problem. we are producing PGR agriculture product from plant leaf residue (wast). Require raw materials collected from local region from local pepole.Product manufacture, distributed and marketed by with help of local labour for local farmer within 200 km curcumtanc. Production is be helpful to manage agriculture waste.
