Startup name: Dot premium ceramics pvt ltd Industry: Ceramic industry( ceramic,vitrified tiles and all decorative product) Dear sir Before starting this start up I have analysed that during this three years of experience as a B2B wholesaler and retailer there is lot of similar product manufacturing companies in India but they are not able to solve some crucial problem that is involved in our market. These companies distribute their product in market through their dealers because this dealer have sufficient funds to start business so they can survive in market but behind this dealers there is a lot of small retailers which plays the most important rule in our Indian economy since they have not sufficient amount of fund to work directly with this companies. The walk with nearest wholesaler but after a long chain of distribution system there profit margin ultimately reduced and since every wholesaler also retail in market same product at same price so this is small retailers face this price cutting issue and not availability of the proper inventory small retailers also face inventory issue and since they have not sufficient fund to stock heavy inventory they are facing lot of problem and ultimately I got an idea to solve this problem with our centralised warehouse model through this model our company will establish a centralised warehouse in every district of every states and under one warehouse we connect multiple small investment dealers and our warehouse will be digitally connected to dealer that's why they can access the whole inventory under the district warehouse easily and since centralised warehouse will be directly controlled by the company so profit margin will not be reduced because there is no middle man profit is added and v will develop the full monopoly in market, our company warehouse will never entertain directly to any consumer. So here is two way to earn the profit first one warehouse model and second one small dealer or franchise model if we include this model we can call it hub and spoke model. After this centralised warehouse model we can connect a small and small dealers and retailers easily and they don't need to stalk inventory in in their godown so they save lot of cost and they can work freely without investing use capital in future we want to provide funding for loan to the needy Businessman who want to take our franchise. By providing financial support and centralised warehouse consept we can acquire most of the market of countries and also can acquire the tier 3 and tier 4 cities customer. We have developed our company website business model completely and to expand this for launch our product we need fund of 20000000 which ROI is only 1 year . Time till 2025 our target is to spread 1000 plus franchise outlet in all over up and reached the turnover of company upto 500+ Cr. We will launch our product initially through the joint venture with companies that is already manufacturing and will cover the all segment under one roof and all product will be the brand name of premium ceramics.
