Dr. Shankarrao Chavan Jaggery And Agro Products Pvt Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) is private limited Company promoted by Mr. Maroti V. Kawale, Mr. Ganesh V. Kawale and Mr. Kishan Kawale. The Company was incorporated on March 02, 2021. The primary objective of the Company is to ‘manufacture/produce Jaggery. At present, the promoters of the Company are involved in manufacturing of Jaggery and Milk and Milk products under the brand name of ‘Guruji’. The existing plant of the promoters is operated under V P K Agro Food Products Pvt. Ltd. and is having operating capacity of 750 MT per day. Further Milk Processing unit is having capacity of 20KLPD where along with milk by-products such as Khoa, Paneer, Curd is manufactured. Now looking at the response to existing plant the promoters intend to setup additional capacity of 1500 MT per day at Kusumnagar Vagalwada tal Umri, District Nanded. It was informed by the Company that recently the promoters have acquired MVK Agro Food Products Limited having capacity of 2000 TCD. the factory was previously owned by Cooperative society and was seek unit. The sugar factory is located at Kusumnagar Vagalwada tal Umri. The proposed Jaggery plant of 1500 TCD will be located adjacent to this sugar factory. The sugar factory have total 175 acres land out of which land admeasuring 7.5 acre has been transferred to the Dr. Shankarrao Chavan Jaggery And Agro Products Pvt Ltd. Due to presence of existing sugar, factory cane culture is already developed in the area. The promoters have already begun the work at site from own sources and the civil work is in advanced stage. Work such as civil foundation is apx. Seventy percent complete and factory structure work and fabrication work has already begun at site. For the proposed project, the cost of the project is estimated at Rs. 62.44 Crores to be financed by debt and equity of Rs. 40.00 Crores and Rs. 22.44 Crores respectively.
