Pre COVID-19, we could just walk-in into places like a mall, supermarket, clubs etc. but post COVID-19, for the first time footfalls within a store/establishment needs to be controlled. For customers, this brings in multiple challenges like what is the total capacity of each store/place? How many people are currently inside? Will I have to wait in line? How long will I have to wait? For all these questions, we have developed, “Ghumo” which is a lifestyle app that enables you and your loved ones to checkout their favorite places from the comfort of your home and only then decide whether they wish to step out. All places, where customers frequently visit like Malls, Supermarkets, Religious Places, Sports Clubs and even public parks are going to be a part of this app. Customers can track footfalls in realtime, even book slots for their favorite places or opt for virtual token manager to avoid long queues once within a mall or a supermarket. This app will help customers and authorities to also trace and inform possible COVID-19 contacts. Customers can also plan their life’s better with these top 4 features that are exclusive to Ghumo: 1. Live Tracking a. Consumers will be able to look at the app and understand exactly how many customers are present at any moment in the mall or any other lifestyle places of their choice in Realtime 2. Book Slot a. Consumers can book slots, thereby avoiding the need to call the store and ask for an appointment or stand in long queues. 3. Virtual Token Manager a. In case the consumer hasn’t booked an appointment, they can simply use the Queue up Feature to reserve a slot in real-time, when they are outside the store or in the vicinity 4. Contact less Parking a. Customers will be able to generate a unique qr code for their cars as well b. Once at the parking entrance, simply scan the qr code and a digital token will be shared on the app c. While exiting parking, simply scan the Exit qr code, which will then calculate the total parking fees and display on mobile d.
