DROR is a ‘community safety app’ which aims to solve the problem of fear in the minds of citizen in large cities of India pertaining to day to day safety. DROR solves this problem by bringing community & technology together. There are many safety apps in India which We have designed safety app that will connect the community to victim at the time of distress. DROR app provides 5 main features SOS: Distress Management solution Tracking: Lets you track your travel by your friends and emergency contacts Safe Meeting: Lets your friend track your meeting while you meet unknown people in an unknown location Nearby Help: Helps you chat will people in 3 KM radius Report Incident: Helps citizen report any crime that they see in close vicinity. This data helps DROR create a heatmap of crime intensity in the city DROR’s human-centered design allows the volunteer to locate the victim and navigate towards them in time of need.
