DSS Industries was established in August 2018 at East Badharghat, Agartala, Tripura, inspired by the ‘Make in India’ initiative. The company is setup with a vision to uplift the basic health and hygiene condition of the ladies of rural India and to empower them to contribute towards the economy of the state by setting up small scale business based on this industry, thus generating revenue and employment in the state.The founding members of this company share the common vision to ensure providing low cost and hygienic sanitary pads to the ladies of the region, maintaining the highest standards at per with the Global brands at a cost which is only what it takes to convert the cellulose fibre into sanitary pads and place them in the market. The company is also associated with many Government organizations, NGOs, SHGs, Small Scale Businesses and Start-Ups, thus contributing towards the people and development of the region.
