Our core mission is to revolutionize the dairy sector by fostering transparency, enhancing the livelihoods of farmers, and contributing to the local economy's growth. Transparency and Fair Practices: At Dudhganga, we prioritize fairness and transparency in all our dealings with farmers. We procure milk directly from local farmers at the government-mandated rate per liter, ensuring they receive the rightful value for their produce. Unlike other dairies where payments are often delayed by up to 45 days, we have introduced a bi-monthly payment system, releasing funds directly into farmers' bank accounts every 15 days. This timely payment model has garnered immense satisfaction and trust from our farmer community. Holistic Farmer Support: Our commitment to the welfare of our farmers goes beyond timely payments. We understand that healthy livestock is key to sustained milk production. To this end, we provide regular veterinary check-ups and necessary medicines to ensure the cows remain healthy and productive. The cost of these services is conveniently deducted from the farmers' fortnightly payments, eliminating the need for upfront cash transactions. Furthermore, we recognize the importance of easing the day-to-day challenges faced by farming families. Through strategic tie-ups with local establishments, we supply groceries and essential commodities to these families, with payments also deducted from their fortnightly earnings. This model not only simplifies the farmers' financial management but also contributes to an improved standard of living. Credit Support for Animal Feed: To ensure uninterrupted milk production, we provide animal feed to farmers on a credit basis.
