The idea is to provide the Self Help Groups a platform to exhibit their products in the global market. At present they don't reach till enough and appropriate audience. This project would help them to target and reach them, by providing an ecommerce platform to showcase and sell their product on a relatively larger scale. They will also be provided with digital education, branding and marketing of their product, finance management, etc. The ecommerce platform would be designed much simpler for the semi-literate people in SHG's to understand. It would contain the contents in their native language so it won't be difficult for them to use. The application would contain an AI and ML trained chatbot which would solve most of their grievances and the unsolved ones would be transferred to the support team. The most important point is that this project contributes to 6 of the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by UN including 'No Poverty' , 'Quality Education' , 'Gender Equality' ,' Decent Work and Economic Growth' , 'Industry,Innovation and Infrastructure' , ' Sustainable Cities and Communities'. Here the women would be encouraged to start own businesses. It would also add to the Rural Development through Digital India Campaign. The SHG's would get business as well as digital education. This would also create more employment at rural level and increase their revenue. Also customers get the benefit of buying quality products at relatively less price as compared to costly products available on other ecommerce sites.
