1. To establish, develop, operate, maintain, and manage an electronic platform, including but not limited to websites, mobile applications, and other digital interfaces, for the purpose of facilitating the sale, purchase, lease, exchange, and disposal of vehicles, whether new or used, by individuals, businesses, dealers, manufacturers, or other entities, and to provide related services such as listing, valuation, comparison, verification, and authentication of vehicles. 2. To act as an intermediary, aggregator, and facilitator for enabling prospective buyers of vehicles to obtain financial assistance, including but not limited to vehicle loans, hire-purchase agreements, lease financing, or any other mode of credit facility, from banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), financial institutions, and other lending entities, by providing necessary technological support, data analytics, documentation, and related assistance. 3. To provide advisory, consultancy, and support services in connection with vehicle financing, credit assessment, loan eligibility evaluation, interest rate comparison, loan processing assistance, documentation management, and such other related financial services, either directly or through collaboration, partnership, or arrangement with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, or any other authorized lending agencies. 4. To develop, own, acquire, license, lease, market, distribute, or otherwise deal in proprietary or third-party software, mobile applications, artificial intelligence (AI)-based analytics, data management tools, and other digital solutions to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and user experience of the platform, including but not limited to automation of vehicle listing, price prediction, fraud detection, creditworthiness assessment, and digital loan processing. 5.
