Townscript is leading online Marketplace for Events & Activities in India. For past 5 years, we have been growing exponentially with 100% YoY growth. For Organisers, Townscript gives complete suite of modules to manage end-to-end registration management for an Event i.e. Ticketing, Event Landing Pages, Attendee Management, Reporting, Event Promotions, On-Venue Management, Timing Services (for Marathons). For Attendees, Townscript is an Online Destination where they can discover and book Events & Activities of their interest. By 2016, Townscript had become leading ticketing platform for segments like - Marathons, Conferences, College Festivals. Post investment and partnership by BookMyShow, now Townscript is expanding in international territories and entering into new verticals to keep growing faster. In the past, the Ticketing business in India was primary revenue driver. But in coming years, Townscript will be expanding via two ways. One is the geographical expansion where we will be entering into key countries of South East Asia i.e. Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, HongKong. We already have partnered with 50+ Organisers in Indonesia, and 10+ Organisers in Singapore. To go a step further in these countries, we are in process of building our sales presence and online customer acquisition channel. Second is entering into new verticals. Apart from ticketing, Townscript is now has hardware & software to provide Timing solution to Marathons in India. Due to good margins, this is expected to give a good boost to Townscript revenues. We have already served 3 marathons successfully. Event Promotions is another vertical where Townscript has build services & tools to help Organisers run their marketing campaigns for their Events. Townscript has taken a good lead over it’s competitors both in terms of Market share and Product. We serve 2X more events than our nearest competitor. In segments like Marathons, we own 65% of India’s market share. In terms of product offerings too, no other Online Ticketing services can boast of vast array of features compared to what Townscript provides.
