Dear Sir, Hope you are doing well! We are a group of Architects and Designers from National Institute of Design Ahmadabad, have designed a system project, called e-LOO. We aim and hope this will be a successful project and will get recognition worldwide. A little information about e-LOO: •e-Loo is technology driven, comfort LOO experience provider, aims to improve experience in paid washrooms by providing standard facilities to its users. •e-Loo is an innovative model which came out of a personal pain point and there is no brand or firm like this that exists anywhere in India. •Issue is not in the discovery of these toilets but the problem is in the predictability of experience(Cleanliness/Hygiene) that these toilets provide to their users. •Experience in Loo, in terms of making sure basic requirements are fulfilled which includes hygiene, signage (M/F), clean toilets, Wi-Fi, acceptance of plastic money. •These facilities are monitored frequently to ensure quality in terms of experience. •Idea is to solve sanitation and open defecation problem in Urban, later in rural areas. •When most of the people, especially women & Kids (New Generation)avoid using public toilets due to their bad conditions, this technology & solution will gradually change the scenario of public sanitation in the country. We have done survey in different areas of the city and have found a very positive response and demand to have such system. E-LOO will provide: •Hygienic and clean toilets to different strata of society (* Star, *** Star & *****Star category). •Location of nearby toilets on e-LOO App. •Control quality and standards of each e-LOO monitored toilet. •Booking system to *** star and ***** star toilets for limited time.
